Self Archiving Policy
Self-Archiving Policy
The AXIS International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research (AIJMR) permits authors to self-archive different versions of their articles in personal, institutional, or subject-based repositories. This ensures wider dissemination, compliance with international indexing requirements, and long-term preservation of scholarly work.
Pre-print (Submitted Version): Authors may archive the submitted version of their manuscript (before peer review) on any open-access platform, provided it is clearly stated that the manuscript has not been peer reviewed or published.
Post-print (Accepted Version): Authors may archive the peer-reviewed, accepted version (before journal formatting) in institutional or disciplinary repositories with appropriate citation to the published article in AIJMR.
Publisher’s Version (Final PDF): Authors are allowed to archive the final published version (Version of Record) in repositories, personal websites, or academic networks, provided proper citation, DOI, and a link to the official version on the AIJMR website are included.
Open Access & Compliance: All archived versions must acknowledge AIJMR as the original publisher. This policy aligns with international best practices and meets the requirements of UGC-CARE, Scopus, Web of Science, and other global indexing and abstracting agencies.
