Repository Policy
Repository Policy
The AXIS International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research (AIJMR) allows authors to deposit and archive their published articles in institutional, subject-specific, and other recognized repositories. To ensure maximum visibility, accessibility, and compliance with global indexing requirements such as UGC-CARE, Scopus, and other international databases, the following policy is adopted:
Pre-print Policy: Authors may deposit the pre-print (version before peer review) of their manuscript in open-access repositories, provided that it is clearly stated that the version is not peer-reviewed or published.
Post-print Policy: The accepted version (after peer review but before final formatting) may be deposited in institutional or subject repositories with proper citation of the published article in AIJMR.
Publisher’s Version / Final PDF: The final published version (Version of Record) may be deposited in repositories after publication, with due acknowledgement to the journal.
Licensing & Access: All deposited versions must include proper citation, DOI (if available), and a link to the official published version on the journal’s website. Articles published in AIJMR are under open access and can be freely accessed, read, and shared for academic and research purposes.
Compliance with Indexing Guidelines: This repository policy aligns with the best practices and ethical standards outlined by UGC-CARE, Scopus, and global indexing agencies, ensuring transparency, accessibility, and scholarly dissemination.
