Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

General Requirements

The AXIS International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research (AIJMR) requires all manuscripts to meet international standards of readability, clarity, and academic quality. Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by any other journal. Manuscripts should be written in clear, concise English and structured in a logical manner to facilitate understanding by editors and reviewers. A cover letter addressed to the Editor-in-Chief must accompany every submission, clearly stating the article title, type of manuscript, a submission agreement, and conflict of interest declarations.

Article Types Accepted

AIJMR publishes a wide range of scholarly contributions, including:

  • Original/Research Articles – Presentation of original, unpublished data with detailed methodology and results.
  • Review Articles – Comprehensive and critical overviews of existing literature on relevant themes.
  • Case Reports/Case Studies – Descriptions of unique cases, treatments, or real-world applications.
  • Editorials & Commentaries – Short, expert perspectives on important issues.
  • Expert Opinions & Perspective Articles – Insights and viewpoints from experienced scholars.
  • Letters to the Editor – Critical correspondence related to published work or emerging debates.
  • Corrigenda – Corrections to previously published articles.

Manuscript Structure

All manuscripts should be organized in the following sequence:

  • Title Page – Title of the manuscript, running title, author(s) full name, institutional affiliations, and corresponding author details.
  • Abstract & Keywords – Abstract (maximum 300 words) summarizing objectives, methods, results, and conclusions, followed by 3–5 relevant keywords.
  • Main Content – Structured sections such as Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
  • Acknowledgments – Recognition of funding sources or contributors (if any).
  • References – Only published or accepted works should be cited, formatted in the prescribed referencing style (APA/MLA/Chicago/IEEE as specified by the journal).

Review & Quality Check

Every submission undergoes an initial editorial quality check for structure, plagiarism, and compliance with author guidelines before entering the double-blind peer review process. Manuscripts that do not meet these standards will be returned to authors for revision.
